WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?

If you are having trouble installing the app by clicking on the download links on our homepage, please ensure you are clicking on the links while using the web browser on the device you want to install too. If that still doesn’t work for you then search your app store for Dragon Matrix, making sure of the correct spelling. You should find the app and be able to install it.

ANDROID DEVICE TIPS

If you have any issues, first try cleaning your App cache on your device’s settings page under “Storage”, or simply download this easy to use FREE APP CACHE CLEANER for Android. Having a full cache on your device can make your whole phone slow and buggy to use.

KINDLE FIRE DEVICE TIPS

If you can’t download the app on your Kindle Fire, then it may not have a rear-facing camera on the back. Augmented Reality requires a device with a camera on the back in order to work. Some older Kindle Fires were designed with no such camera.


WHY ISN’T THERE A VERSION OF THE APP FOR MY DEVICE, SUCH AS BLACKBERRY OR WINDOWS MOBILE?

The platforms our app supports – Android, Apple and Kindle Fire – account for 95% of the present market share of smartphone and tablet devices over the last few years.

We would love to produce the app for every device platform. However others, such as Windows Mobile and BlackBerry, don’t provide the necessary level of support and features required for developers of Augmented Reality applications at present, and are not supported by the leading Augmented Reality technology platforms we must partner with to produce the app.

If you don’t personally own one of these very common supported devices, it is suggested you could perhaps borrow one from a friend or family member for the evening. They could install the app for you.


WHERE ARE MY PHOTOS SAVED TO ON MY DEVICE?

Apple devices save photos to the PHOTOS app.

Android devices save photos to the GALLERY or PHOTOS app.

Kindle Fire devices save photos to the PHOTOS LIBRARY. Look under the ALL PHOTOS album.
